• Jessica J. Baxter, 29, a Black Creek woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest June 23 to possession of methamphetamine. Judge Jay Conley sentenced her Aug. 31 to three years in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Melina Kathryn Isabel Herr, 25, Gillett, had her probation revoked May 19 from a January conviction for possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley sentenced her Sept. 2 to 18 months in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Kyle Evan Bueschel, 28, Weyauwega, was charged Sept. 1 with possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Hannah Schuchart set a $100 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Austin Nicholas Lucier, 19, Clintonville, was charged Sept. 1 with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 23.
• Ashley Pearl Phalen, 25, Suring, was charged Sept. 1 with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until Sept. 23.
• Dylan J. Wolff, 27, Pulcifer, was charged Sept. 1 with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping, one count of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Schuchart set a $4,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 23.
• Jacob M. Samsa, 36, Oconto, was charged Sept. 2 with strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Schuchart set a $2,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Brady Lee Boucher, 32, Oconto, was charged Sept. 3 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $10,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Michael Allen Couillard, 36, Little Suamico, was charged Sept. 4 with possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Schuchart set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
• Thomas O. Folts, 21, Oconto Falls, was charged Sept. 4 with burglary to a building or dwelling, three counts of felony theft, criminal damage to property in excess of $2,500 and six counts of felony bail jumping. Schuchart set a $25,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 13.
• Brian J. Ermis Jr., 24, Suring, was charged Sept. 4 with burglary to a building or dwelling, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, and receiving stolen property. Schuchart set a $4,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 15.
