• Sydney A. Kassube, 32, Shawano, had his probation revoked Jan. 28 from a 2020 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled substance, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him July 13 to one year in the county jail.
• Brandon J. Turney, 26, Bonduel, pleaded no contest July 13 to two counts of felony bail jumping and two misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to nine months in the county jail, time deemed served.
• Ethan R. Lewis, 18, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 15 to stalking, two counts of child abuse intentionally causing harm and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on four years of probation with conditions.
• Jessy L. Hanson, 47, a Wausau man serving a prison term at Stanley Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest July 13 to possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to two years, six months in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Trisha A. Cardish, 46, Suring, pleaded no contest July 14 to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma levied fines and court costs of $1,631 and sentenced her to 60 days in county jail.
• Hope M. Olmo Guzman, 41, Shawano, pleaded no contest July 15 to possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor charges of operating without a license and hit and run, and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel levied fines and court costs of $1,818.50 and sentenced her to 180 days in county jail.
• Tristen L. James, 23, Keshena, was charged July 13 with felony bail jumping, four misdemeanor counts of battery and a single misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 29.
• Forrest S. Webster, 29, Gresham, was charged July 13 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 10.
• Tony R. Rootes, 36, Green Bay, was charged July 16 with strangulation and suffocation and a misdemeanor count of battery. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for July 29.
