• Roemance Larquell Toney, 33, Menasha, pleaded no contest June 30 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of THC. A related felony bail jumping charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on probation for one year with conditions.
• JoAnna F. Albertz, 48, Green Bay, pleaded no contest July 1 to a forfeiture charge of disorderly conduct. A number of charges, including felonies, were dismissed in a plea agreement. Conley levied fines and court costs totalling $617.50.
• Travis M. Grun, 31, Crivitz, pleaded no contest July 1 to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on three years of probation with conditions.
• Debra T. Denny, 64, Little Suamico, pleaded no contest July 1 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A related felony charge was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed her on one year of probation with conditions.
• Michael Lee Haskins, 56, Green Bay, was charged June 29 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of an electric weapon, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until July 16.
• Chad W. Fischer, 47, Oconto Falls, was charged June 29 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine in the presence of a child younger than 14, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until July 16.
• Suzanah Erin Wilson, 43, Oconto Falls, was charged June 29 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned her initial appearance until July 16.
