• Troy Allen Whisman, 21, Oconto, was charged June 10 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Oconto County Judge Jay Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned Whisman’s initial appearance until June 26.
• Thomas John Blake, 57, Oconto, was charged June 10 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.
• Brian Joseph Klein, 43, New Berlin, was charged June 10 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.
• Brian Larry Snow, 64, Pulaski, was charged June 10 with battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Conley set a $250 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until June 26.
