Kakwitch, 42, Shawano, pleaded no contest April 21 to five counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of bail jumping, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, resisting or obstructing an officer, and two counts of operating while revoked. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Noel W. Krystof, 30, Green Bay, pleaded no contest April 23 to two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors. A felony charge was amended to a misdemeanor in a plea agreement. Sloma imposed and stayed a jail sentence and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Justin R. Vannieuwenhoven, 38, Phoenix, Maryland, pleaded no contest Oct. 11 two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or failing to stop. Sloma levied fines April 24 and sentenced him to 227 days in county jail, with 47 days already served and 180 imposed and stayed for use by his corrections agent.
• Haylii R. Delsman, 30, Denmark, pleaded no contest April 21 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Judge William Kussel levied fines and sentenced her to 180 days already served in county jail.
• Kyle James Rockman, 39, Shawano, was charged April 21 with four counts of felony bail jumping, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 28.
• Dylan J. Konitzer, 34, Shawano, was charged April 21 with first-degree sexual assault of a person under age 13, causing a child younger than 13 to view or listen to a sex act, incest and exposing himself to a child. Sloma set a $50,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 30.
• Robert J. Pownell, 48, Shawano, was charged April 21 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 16.
• Spencer H. Skippergosh, 34, Keshena, was charged April 21 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $200 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 1.
• Randy C. Waubanascum, 37, Bowler, was charged April 21 with possession of narcotic drugs, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed knife and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 28.
• Akina Hinkfuss, 64, Shawano, was charged April 22 with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, and misdemeanor counts of use or possession with intent to use a masking agent and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 9.
• Daniel J. Lamczyk, 39, Shawano, was charged April 22 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic drugs. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 28.
• Raymond D. Le Mieux, 43, Bowler, was charged April 22 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 2.
• Cody D. Cook, 38, Keshena, was charged April 22, with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony, eight counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 2.
• Armani J. Boyd, 29, Milwaukee, was charged April 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of operating while revoked. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 28.
• Michael S. Fehlhaber, 37, Shawano, was charged April 23 with attempted second-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, victim intimidation, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $10,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 18.
• Dshawn M. Peterson, 18, Neopit, was charged April 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 12. Peterson was further charged April 24 with burglary to a building or dwelling, three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and theft. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for May 5.
• Trenton J. Saunders, 28, Clintonville, was charged April 23 with victim intimidation and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 16.
• Stanley N. Torry, 43, Shawano, was charged April 24 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 19.
