Bank First has announced it is welcoming Jessica Kosnicki as a retail banking officer.
“We are thrilled to have Jessica join our team,” said Hayley Marschke, retail market manager. “Her experience, local roots and commitment to helping customers find the right financial solutions make her a great fit for our Shawano office.”
Kosnicki brings nearly a decade of experience in the financial industry, most recently serving as a mortgage loan originator. Throughout her career, she has also held positions as a teller and member service representative, gaining extensive experience in customer service and financial solutions.
In her new role at Bank First, Kosnicki will develop new and enhance existing retail banking relationships in the bank’s Shawano market. She will work closely with customers to provide tailored financial solutions that meet their needs.
Kosnicki earned an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and is a graduate of the Leadership Shawano County program. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Wolf River Builders Association board, where she previously held the role of president, and as treasurer for Sun Drop Dayz. Additionally, Kosnicki is a member of the Shawano Area Young Professionals.
Kosnicki lives in Shawano with her son and enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, and traveling.
