• Eric R. Vanroy, 46, Schofield, pleaded no contest March 26 to felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Angela R. Jordan-Christianson, 53, Green Bay, pleaded no contest March 25 to possession of methamphetamine, misappropriating identity information to avoid a penalty and three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Bentley J. McGovern, 40, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest March 25 to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel levied fines and forfeitures and sentenced him to 18 months in the county jail, with the time deemed served.
• Bryant C. Crain, 19, Chicago, was charged March 24 with three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a bail/bond hearing for April 1.
• Darmen L. Cloud, 31, Suring, was charged March 24 with three counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, four counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, hit-and-run and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 8. He subsequently was charged March 27 with battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, three counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 2.
• Joel L. Lehouillier, 42, Bowler, was charged March 24 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
• Nickolas D. Kunchick, 39, Shawano, was charged March 24 with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of use or possession with intent to use a masking agent, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
• Nashaye T. Fish, 24, Shawano, was charged March 25 with felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 9.
• Macheonquet Peters, 19, Suring, was charged March 25 with throwing or expelling bodily substances while a prisoner and felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 8.
• Riley T. Bosman, 22, Cecil, was charged March 25 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 3.
• Desiree HD Millard, 30, Tigerton, appeared March 25 on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, eight counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 8.
• Cerise W. Russell, 27, Green Bay, was charged March 25 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 2.
• Raiden O. Jones, 25, Wausau, was charged March 27 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 10.
• Kelly M. Vaughn, 39, Gillett, was charged March 28 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for June 30.
• Bruce G. Cornelius, 38, Shawano, was charged March 26 with five counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 1.
• Austin M. Hartmann, 30, Shawano, was charged March 26 with possession of drug paraphernalia to produce methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine (second and subsequent offense), possession of THC (second and subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
