Oconto Falls 80, Luxemburg-Casco 66
JJ Pytleski set a blistering pace of 29 points to lead Oconto Falls to an 80-66 win over Luxemburg-Casco in a North Eastern Conference matchup.
Emerich Skarban and Jameson Beaman each scored 16 points for the Panthers.
Skarban and Beaman each grabbed eight rebounds, with Evan Yuma nabbing six. Pytleski had seven assists, and Yuma contributed four. Yuma had two of the team’s five steals.
Sevastopol 67, Lena 61
Mason Spice scored 26 points including five 3-pointers, but Lena came up short in a 67-61 loss to Sevastopol.
Sevastopol led 36-21 at halftime and didn’t look back. Lena’s 40-31 second half performance, including Spice getting 19 points after the break, wasn’t enough for the Wildcats.
Tigerton 66, Tri-County 26
Maverick Maass scored 20 points and James Brady scored 16 as Tigerton defeated Tri-County 66-26.
Brady also had a double-double as he led the Tigers with 11 rebounds. Caleb Dahlstrom pulled down 10.
Brady Miller led the team with three assists. Sam Anheuser tallied nabbed seven steals, while Msass had five.
Crivitz 74, Gillett 55
Gillett dropped to 4-4 in the Marinette & Oconto Conference after a 74-55 loss to Crivitz.
Crivitz led 45-39 at halftime and won the second half as well, 29-26.
Jesse DeBauch led the Tigers with 32 points. Jed Herzog added 13, with Brandon Slatky getting eight and Bradyn Wendorff scoring two.
Shawano 54, Antigo 42
The Hawks’ defense stepped up near the end of the game in the team’s 54-42 non-conference win over Antigo.
Shawano kept Antigo scoreless in the last eight minuets of the game.
Logan Sipple led Shawano with 25 points. Crew Weisnicht scored 11, and Will Verkuilen had 10.
