Madilyn Thomson led Lena with 18 points, and Eva Brooks scored 12 in the Wildcats’ 46-32 win over Crivitz.
Madilyn Thomson also led the team with nine rebounds; Brooks had seven, and Hannah Thomson had six.
Kali Fischer dished out six assists, and Hannah Thomson had four.
Hannah Thomson led with four steals. Brooks and Madilyn Thomson each had three.
Lena improved to 10-1 in the Marinette and Oconto Conference and 15-2 overall.
Denmark 42, Oconto Falls 40
Rylie Shallow scored 23 points in Oconto Falls’ 42-40 loss to Denmark.
Ella Jahnke scored another seven, with Maddy Maloney getting five, Izzy Otto with three and Lylia Lena with two.
Shawano 53, Seymour 34
With a tie in the score at halftime, Shawano found its offensive rhythm to beat Seymour 53-34.
Leah Nordin scored 27 points for the Hawks. Anna Dreier and Ella Stuber each added 10.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood 65, Shiocton 25
Wittenberg-Birnamwood maintained its perfect mark in the Central Wisconsin East Conference, improving to 10-0 with a 65-25 win over Shiocton.
“We got off to a nice start tonight and executed really well,” coach Nick Mechelke said. “We went into halftime up 43-17. We are becoming more disciplined in our press and on the defensive side of the game.”
In addition to the dominating first half, the Chargers won the second half 22-8.
Melaina Granquist led Wittenberg-Birnamwood with 15 points. Rory Salvesen scored 14, and Faith Resch added 10.
Granquist had a double-double with 16 rebounds. Harper Rogowski led with two assists and six steals. Salvesen also nabbed five steals.
