The Eagles had their fill of the Tigers as Northland Pines tore apart Gillett 83-16 in non-conference action.
Northland Pines cruised to a 54-10 halftime lead and kept Gillett to only six points after the break.
Shiocton 72, Menominee Nation 48
Each half was nearly identical in Shiocton’s 72-48 win over Menominee Nation in a Central Wisconsin Each Conference game.
Shiocton scored 35 points in the first half and 37 in the second. The Eagles scored 24 points before and after the break.
Kenew Awonohopay led the Eagles with 23 points, while Ryan Corn added 14.
The Eagles are 4-4 in the conference and 8-5 overall.
Xavier 96, Shawano 63
Shawano and Xavier are heading in opposite directions in the Bay Conference following Xavier’s 96-63 win.
Xavier is 5-1, while Shawano is 1-5 (2-10 overall).
Shawano trailed by a manageable 42-37 score at halftime, but the hosts blew the game open with a 54-26 second half.
Logan Sipple led Shawano with 23 points. Nine other players also scored.

Little Chute 71, Oconto Falls 31
Evan Yuma scored 12 points and Jameson Beaman had 11 in Oconto Falls’ 71-31 loss to Little Chute.
Yuma also led the Panthers with eight rebounds. JJ Pytleski had three steals, and with one assist each were Yuma, Chase Carriveau, Croix Gardebrecht, Emerich Skarban, Beaman, Aydien Wold and Pytleski.
The Panthers are 5-3 in the North Eastern Conference and 9-3 overall.
