Proceedings of Dec. 16
• Crystal J. Hager, 35, Suring, was sentenced to three years in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, for two counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 29 and Sept. 12 of 2023. Judge Michael Judge gave her credit for 187 days already served and ruled that after 18 months she is eligible for the substance abuse program, which can lead to early release upon successful completion.
• James Roger Jordan, 70, Suamico, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 2, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for March 24 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Christopher W. Woodliff, 40, Oconto, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and possession of amphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred May 25. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 27 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Tyler Adam Ralph, 30, Mountain, pleaded no contest to attempted escape from criminal arrest and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred June 20. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Tanner A. Friebel, 23, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 24, as well as two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 22. Judge Jay Conley scheduled arraignment for Feb. 13 along with a status conference for a 2023 case in which a deferred prosecution agreement was approved for a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

• Bond was set at $100,000 cash for Kyle K. Sydor, 35, Oconto, after he was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 16. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 16. Sydor failed to appear Nov. 12 for a final pre-trial conference on a charge theft in a business setting in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 18, 2021.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Terry Lee Werth, 56, Clintonville, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 17. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 16.
• Bond was set at $500 cash for Gary Koehnke, 47, Crivitz, after he was charged with battery or threat to a law officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 14. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Jan. 16.
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Charlene Lynn Lowry, 44, Oconto, after she was charged with driving or operating a vehicle without consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 16. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Jan. 16.
Proceedings of Dec. 18
• Judge sentenced Brandon J. Neumann, 31, Gillett, to two years in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions, for felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred July 27.
Proceedings of Dec. 19
• Ryker L. Shampo, 25, Oconto, pleaded guilty to felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 9. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• George E. Gernon, 41, Little Suamico, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 6, 2022. Judge scheduled sentencing for Feb. 17 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Javier Lashun Dixon, 31, Sobieski, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 16. Meanwhile, his probation has been revoked in cases involving misdemeanor charge of bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 20, 2023, as well as two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with incidents that occurred June 15 and June 20, 2023. Judge scheduled a plea hearing and sentencing for all three cases for Feb. 17.
• A March 6-7 jury trial was scheduled for Jamar Rupert Daniels, 53, Calumet, Michigan, on charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 21. Judge scheduled a motion hearing for Feb. 11 and a final pre-trial conference for Feb. 20.
• John M Sundberg, 69, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to child abuse intentionally causing harm, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 9. Judge scheduled a status conference for Feb. 14.
• Wyatt R. Koebach, 30, Suring, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, victim intimidation, and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 4. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for Feb. 14.
• After a preliminary hearing, Stephen A Schwartzenberger, 32, Gillett, was bound over on charges of armed robbery and false imprisonment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 13. Conley scheduled arraignment for Jan. 16.
• Bond was set at $500 cash for Nicole M. Harris, 41, Oconto, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 17, when she is scheduled to enter a plea to charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 28.
Proceedings of Dec. 20
• Anthony R. Mork, 34, Suring, was sentenced to three years in prison, followed by four years of extended supervision, for conspiracy to manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 1, 2023. A number of other charges were dismissed but read into the record. Among other conditions, Judge ruled that Mork may have no contact with known drug users or dealers or with co-defendants Benjamin Zirbel, Tammy Dumas or Crystal Petibone.
• Douglas James Van Boxtel, 60, Oconto, was sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 6. Judge ruled Van Boxtel is eligible for the substance abuse program, which can lead to early release upon successful completion..
• Virginia M. Huycke, 39, Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine and two counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred June 27, 2023, and Sept. 13, 2023. She is already awaiting trial for two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor counts possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred May 25-26. After the latest charges, Huycke’s probation was revoked in a 2022 conviction for possession of methamphetamine. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for Dec. 20. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for all three cases on Jan. 13.
• Eric J. Hujet, 46, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 5. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Feb. 18.
