• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Adam K. Couzzo, 41, Green Bay, after he was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor theft, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 30. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $3,000 cash for Russell P. Radaj, 54, Lena, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 29. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
Proceedings of Oct. 1
• A final pre-trial conference was held in the Nov. 5-6 jury trial scheduled for Keilon Allon Snipes-Reed, 20, a White Lake man serving time at Green Bay Correctional Institution. He faces three counts of armed robbery, two counts of first-degree reckless endangerment, two counts bail jumping, burglary and theft, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 4, 2021.
• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Devin David Lakonen-Smet, 23, Suring, after he was charged with three counts of manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine, three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and three counts of felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 29, as well as possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 9. Judge Michael Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 7.
Proceedings of Sept. 30
• Michael D. Wood, 37, Oconto Falls, was placed on four years of probation with conditions after Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence for first-degree reckless endangerment, substantial battery and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 1, 2022, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred last Dec. 25.
• A final pre-trial conference was held for a Nov. 5-6 jury trial scheduled for James P. Samuelson, 53, Suring, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 17, 2023. After discussion, Judge scheduled another final pre-trial conference for Oct. 29.
• Anthony R. Mork, 34, Suring, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 16. He is also charged with manufacturing with intent to deliver methamphetamine, manufacturing with intent to deliver THC and maintaining a drug trafficking place, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1, 2023. Judge scheduled a plea hearing for Oct. 28.
• Bond was set a $1,500 cash for Brady Lee Boucher, 30, Oconto, after he was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 28. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 29.
• Bond was set at $1,500 cash for Nicole M. Harris, 41, Oconto Falls, after she was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 28. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until Oct. 17.
• Bond was set at $2,000 cash for Pa Ying Xiong, 57, Green Bay, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 30. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 17.
