Pulaski tennis team loses to Bay Port

Oct. 1 Bay Port 6, Pulaski 1 Pulaski’s No. 3 singles player Isabella Skalecki collected the only win for the Red Raiders in a 6-1 loss to Bay Port. Skalecki defeated Lilly Jensen in three sets 4-6, 6-1, 10-6. Anna Krause, at No. 4 singles, lost in three sets 6-4, 0-6, 10-6. The No. 2 doubles team of Ayla Groteluschen and Linde Lemerond also lost in three sets 6-4, 2-6, 10-3. At No. 3 doubles, Hailey Jansen and Gretchen Rottier lost in a pair of very close sets 7-5, 7-6 (5). Ruth Krause, No. 1 singles player, lost 6-1, 6-1, and No. 2 singles player Aubrie Schluessler fell 6-0, 6-4. At No. 1 doubles, Alyssa Eggert and Addison Heezen lost 6-1, 6-0.
