Tigerton 3, Bowler 1
Tigerton defeated Bowler in a close home match with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 19-25 and 25-19.
Sienna Breaker led the Tigers with 19 digs. Jade Selle notched 14; Aaliyah Lederhaus had 13, and Danika Tiller and Lillian Welch had 10 each.
Tiller led with 18 assists.
Presley Stewart-Rolfs tallied 10 kills, while Selle had seven and Lederhaus had five.
Stewart-Rolfs scored 17 service points with three aces, and Angel Welch had 16 points with five aces. Lederhaus scored seven points and had three aces, and Selle collected seven points with a pair of aces.
Marion 3, Gresham 0
Marion shut out Gresham in three sets.
For the Wildcats, Janay Pecore-Kirkland had 10 kills. Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes had 10 assists and nine service points, and Emily Jensen tallied eight digs.
Gillett Triangular
Gillett hosted a triangular and split its wins and losses with the two opponents.
The Tigers lost 3-0 to Oneida Nation but then defeated St. Thomas Aquinas Academy 3-1.
Lena Triangular
Coleman was the big winner at Lena, defeating their hosts and Suring.
Coleman topped Lena 3-1 on set scores of 25-14, 12-25, 25-23, 25-16.
Coleman blanked Suring 3-0 with scores of 25-19, 25-20, 25-22.
Bonduel 3, Iola-Scandinavia 0
Bonduel won its conference matchup against Iola-Scandinavia in three sets. Set scores were 25-10, 25-16 and 25-17.
Bonduel was led in kills by Audrey Weier with 10 and Josie Anvelink with nine. Juliana Jacobs chipped in seven kills.
Tatum Sporisky led the team in digs with 21. Paige Niquette had 19 assists, and Jayla Reinke had 13 assists, nine digs and three aces.
The Bears move to 18-4 overall and 4-1 in conference.
Fox Valley Lutheran 3, Oconto Falls 2
Oconto Falls fell behind 2-0 against Fox Valley Lutheran but fought back to take sets three and four.
“I was very proud of the girls for how they did not give up after losing set two,” coach Rochell Otto said. “They came from behind in set three to force a set four.”
In set four, Oconto Falls had the momentum and beat FVL 25-16.
“Fox Valley Lutheran is a very good volleyball team, and we pushed them to five sets,” Otto said. “We were right there with them. We will continue to work hard, clean up some aspects of our game and keep pushing forward.”
Izzy Otto led the offense with 46 assist and 10 digs. Amber Otto had 22 kills and 20 digs.
Lucy Ripley also had 22 kills, and Rylie Shallow had 21 digs. Ella Jahnke and Brylee Gorman each added four kills.
Hailyn St. Louis had three aces and nine digs.
Oconto Falls is 23-10 overall and 5-2 in the North Eastern Conference.
