• Anthony Barrett Wood, 40, Lakewood, was placed on two years probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Feb. 1; misdemeanor battery and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with a June 12, 2023, incident; and three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), and violating an ignition interlock order, in connection with an incident that occurred March 24. Judge Michael Judge imposed probation conditions including 120 days in county jail.

• A Nov. 12 jury trial was scheduled for Kyle K. Sydor, 35, Oconto, who is charged with theft in a business setting in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 18, 2021. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Oct. 28.
• An Aug. 22-23 jury trial was rescheduled to Dec. 4-5 for Stuart Lee Long, 36, Cecil, on charges of burglary and misdemeanor theft, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 12, 2020. Another scheduled jury trial for those dates held precedence. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Nov. 11.
• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Jeremy W. Heise, 39, Suring, after he was charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, three counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug 6. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15, when he was already scheduled to appear in connection with two previous cases.
• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Emily Mae Born, 23, Shawano, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Aug. 15.

• Timothy J. Pearson, 39, Oconto, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 9, 2021; misdemeanor disorderly conduct, for an incident that occurred June 21, 2022; and felony bail jumping and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred March 14 of this year. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Rebecca A Krueger, 42, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 14. The charge was amended from a felony count in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed her on 12 months of probation with conditions.
• Kathryn L Seng, 35, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of an illegally obtained prescription, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 18, 2023. A felony case alleging child abuse was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion. Conley levied fines and other fees totaling $1,791.
• Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Zachary James Lipp, 32, Gillett, after he was charged with burglary and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, theft, resisting or obstructing an officer and three counts of retail theft, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 1-3. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.

• Paul J. Frewerd, 52, Peshtigo, was placed on three years of probation with conditions including 120 days in jail for three counts of mistreatment of animals causing death, and misdemeanor counts of resisting a conservation warden and illegal shining, in connection with incidents that occurred Oct. 1 and Oct. 5, 2020.
• Michael D. Wood, 36, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to charges of first-degree reckless endangerment, substantial battery, and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 1, 2022, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred last Dec. 25. Judge scheduled sentencing for Sept. 30 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Michael Ravanelli Perkins, 40, Green Bay, pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of narcotic drugs, three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 12. He is already awaiting trial on charges of bodily harm to a health care worker or family and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 17, 2023, and misappropriating identity information to avoid penalty, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 15. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
• Kayla Ardell Suvanto, 33, Shawano, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 6. Conley scheduled arraignment for Sept. 12.

• Kyle Berg Piper, 34, Oconto Falls, pleaded not contest to misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 2. One count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years probation with conditions and fines.
• A 2023 charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed against Maxwell Richard Mellen, 41, Green Bay, on a prosecutor’s motion.
• Colt Frederick Tittl-Roberts, 23, Long Lake, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor counts of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of THC, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 8, 2022. Charges were amended from felonies in a plea agreement. Conley levied fines and fees of $1,198.
• A Nov. 19-20 jury trial was scheduled for Emilio G. Garcia, 34, Oconto, on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor possession of THC, possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Judge scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Nov. 4.
• James Roger Jordan, 70, Suamico, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 2, 2023. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
• Trisha Ann Cardish, 44, Suring, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 10. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for Sept. 12.
• Kaitlyn L Torrez, 28, Tigerton, waived her right for a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a charge of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 27. Conley scheduled arraignment for Aug. 15.
• Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Matthew L. Huettl, 33, Townsend, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 30. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Aug. 15.
