Proceedings of Feb. 2 • Collin Andrew Hilker, 24, Appleton, was sentenced to three years in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, for possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 28, 2022. Oconto County Circuit Court Judge Michael T. Judge gave him credit for 431 days already served in the county jail. • Glenroy T. Vanlannen, 22, Merrill, pleaded no contest to repeated sexual assault of the same child and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and using a telephone to threaten harm, in connection with incidents that occurred in January 2021. Judge approved a deferred judgment agreement on the felony charge and placed Vanlannen on two years of probation with conditions. • Nicole M. Harris, 40, Oconto, was placed on probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for possession of methamphetamine and two counts of misdemeanor possession of THC. Judge gave her credit for 332 days served in the county jail. • Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Anthony Barrett Wood, 39, Lakewood, after he was charged with felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 1. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 15. Proceedings of Feb. 1 • Andrew R. Krueger, 37, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 6. Oconto County Circuit Court Judge Jay N. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for April 11. • A $5,000 signature bond was set for Desiree Ellise Medina, 33, Green Bay, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver amphetamine or methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession with intent to deliver THC, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25, 2023. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 18. Proceedings of Jan. 31 • Harrison J. Cain, 20, Oconto, was placed on three years of probation after a prison sentence was imposed and stayed for felony charges of bail jumping and injury by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, in connection with a crash that occurred April 2, 2022, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and sexual intercourse with a child age 15 or older, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 9, 2021. Judge ruled that probation conditions include nine months in county jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges. • Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Andrew E. Mahers, 36, Pound, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 30. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 15. • Bond was set at $6,000 cash for Avery Nancy-Morning Star Nooyen, 19, Ashwaubenon, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC, possession of illegally obtained prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 30. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Feb. 15. Proceedings of Jan. 30 • Shannon May Tourtillott, 33, Keshena, was ruled not competent to stand trial on a variety of charges including child neglect and abuse, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in May 2023, as well as battery or threat to a law officer and escape in connection with her arrest in August and an incident that allegedly occurred while she was being transported as a jail inmate on July 31. Conley suspended the case for one year and scheduled a telephone scheduling conference for next Jan. 14. • Bond was set at $7,500 cash for Buzz A. Anwash, 38, Wabeno, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth or ninth offense), misdemeanor operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 28. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Feb. 15. Proceedings of Jan. 29 • A final pre-trial conference was held for Kirstie E. Rost, 32, Little Suamico, who is charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 20, and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 29. Conley said the Feb. 7-8 jury trial is in the No. 2 backup position on the court calendar.
