Michael Joseph Cody, 71, of Stiles, died unexpectedly on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014, at St. Clare Hospital in Oconto Falls.
Mike was born on Oct. 31, 1943, in Green Bay to the late Edward and Mildred (Robson) Cody. For many years, he enjoyed country dancing, bowling and golf. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a machinist at several companies in the Green Bay area.
Mike is survived by his wife, Elizabeth “Beth” Cody; daughters, Sheila Brenwall and Julie (Scott) Jossart; son, Ron (Cheryl) Cody; grandsons, Zach, Seth (Krissi) and Jerrod; granddaughters, Brook (Brett), Danielle (Dominic) and Payton; great-grandchildren, Carter, Cael, Baby V. and Baby C.; two brothers-in-law, Ken Steffel and Dick (Sally) Noskowiak; many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Nancy Noskowiak and Joyce Steffel; and son-in-law, Doug Brenwall.
Mike’s wishes were to be cremated, and arrangements are being handled by Simply Cremation, Green Bay.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at the Cody home, 5530 Chicken Shack Road, Stiles.
