Loretta Szpek

Loretta Szpek, 78, of Shawano, passed on to be with her Lord on April 15, 2015. She was born in Chicago to the late Martin and Anna (Klein) Szpek. In 1977, Loretta and her sister, Barbara, moved to Wisconsin. Loretta was a teacher in Chicago and also taught at St. Joseph’s School in Keshena. She and her sister, Barbara, previously owned the Village Lantern in Cecil. After retiring, Loretta became a licensed minister of the Ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and taught Bible studies at their home and other meeting places. She was the dear sister of Rose (late Rudy) Serva, the late Joseph (Jean) Szpek, the late Paul (Norma) Szpek, the late Anthony (late Stella) Szpek, the late Martin (late Angie) Szpek, of Chicago, the late Theresa (late Rudy) Strunc, of Cecil, and Barbara Dominiak, of Shawano. In addition to these, there are many dear nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews, along with dear friends, and the precious family of God, the Body of Christ here on earth.
