Eva Brooks scored 30 points and pulled down 20 rebounds to lead Lena to a 62-45 Marinette & Oconto Conference win.
The result wasn’t really in doubt as the Wildcats built up a 15-point lead at halftime and then played even with their guests the second half.
Madilyn Thomson scored another 14 points for Lena. She also had 12 rebounds. Thomson led the team with seven assists and four steals.
Lena improved to 3-0 in conference action and 7-1 overall.
Gillett 50, Wausaukee 3
Gillett stayed perfect at 3-0 in the Marinette & Oconto Conference and 6-0 overall with a 50-3 win over Wausaukee.
