Harvey L. Patzer, 87, of Shawano, formerly of Tigerton, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in Shawano.
Harvey was born on Dec. 18, 1925, in Waupaca, the son of the late Ourley H. and Helen (Petrowski) Patzer. He served his country by enlisting in the United States Army. In May 1949, Harvey was united in marriage to Delores Umland in Birnamwood. In December 1985, Harvey was united in marriage to his second wife, Jacqueline Mae Ruprecht, in Tigerton.
Harvey enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially his trips to Canada.
Harvey is survived by his children, Jada Moonstone “Janet” Patzer, of North Carolina, and Lester “Les” (Judy) Patzer, of Florida; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Donald Patzer, of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline, on Sept. 24, 2013, his parents and his former wife, Delores, in April 2012.
Memorial services will be held in Florida at a later date.
