West De Pere 3, Shawano 2
The Shawano Hawks played against a tough West De Pere squad in the final game of conference play but came up short 3-2.
The Hawks had been battling some illness since the weekend but still showed up to play extremely well. This is the first time the Hawks have played a five-set match all season.
Once Shawano’s offense kicked in, they were tough to defend.
The Hawks were led by Leah Nordin with 28 kills and three aces. Natalie Bystol was right behind her with 19 kills and two aces. Teagen Thompson had 13 digs. Amelia Klement and Ella Stuber had a great night setting with 25 and 18 assists, respectively. The Hawks placed third in the Bay Conference with a 5-2 record in conference play. The team is 21-6 overall.
Bonduel 3, Weyauwega-Fremont 1
Bonduel won its home match against Weyauwega-Fremont 3-1 with set scores of 25-11, 25-19, 23-25 and 25-14.
Bonduel was led by Audrey Weier and Josie Anvelink. Weier compiled 15 kills and 21 digs, and Anvelink had 14 kills and 23 digs.
Juliana Jacobs added 10 kills to round out the team’s attacking. Jayla Reinke contributed 36 assists and and three aces. Tatum Sporisky had 17 digs.
Bonduel finishes the regular season 25-4 overall and 6-1 in conference (finishing second behind Amherst).
Bonduel earned the first seed in their half-sectional and will be in action next Oct. 24 when they will play the winner of the Menominee Nation and Clintonville game.
Gresham 3, Bowler 2
Gresham clinched a tie for the CWC North Conference championship with the victory.
Gresham won its home in five sets on scores of 27-29, 23-25, 25-15, 25-11, 15-9
Lexi Baddmoccosin-Barnes led Gresham with 19 kills, 18 assists and 10 digs. Janay Pecore-Kirkland had 14 kills 15 digs and 17 service points.
Rylie Kakwitch added 13 kills and 19 digs, and Kiara Cornelius scored 31 service points. Mataya Hill contributed 14 digs, and Addison Fischer had 12.
Gresham is 12-8 overall and 8-2 in league play. The Wildcats will host Hilbert on Oct. 24 in regional play.
Tigerton 3, White Lake 0
Tigerton defeated White Lake at home in the last CWC North match of the season. Set scores were 25-12, 25-14 and 25-23.
Leading in digs were Jade Selle with 19, Sienna Breaker 13, Angel Welch 11, Danika Tiller 10 and and Lillian Welch nine.
Tiller had 19 assists.
As for kills, Aaliyah Lederhaus and Selle had seven each, Presley Stewart-Rolfs had six, and Lillian Welch added three.
Breaker led with 20 service points, followed by Selle with nine, Stewart-Rolfs and Angel Welch with five each, and Lederhaus with four.
Tigerton finalizes their CWC North record at 5-5. Their overall record is 9-9.

Gillett lost in three straight sets on scores of 25-5, 25-14, 25-16.
