Dunnam named first team for All-Bay Conference

Shawano Community High School junior Erika Dunnam and senior Zack Sousek led the Hawks’ in Bay Conference honors announced this week. Dunnam, a middle hitter, earned a first-team all-conference selection. Senior middle hitter Tori Wiskow and junior setter Annelies Young earned honorable mentions. Luxemburg-Casco senior Maggie Liebeck was named player of the year. Sousek led the football selections for Shawano, getting a second-team nod at linebacker and honorable mentions at receiver and punter. Senior defensive lineman Dylan Hintz earned a second-team selection. Hintz was also an honorable mention at guard. Senior running back Chase Henning, junior receiver Adam Bartz and senior kicker Braden Mueller also earned honorable mentions. Seymour’s Jon Dietzen was named offensive lineman of the year. Menasha’s Tyler Johnson was named offensive player of the year. Menasha’s Austin Behm was named defensive lineman of the year and player of the year. Freshman Jacob Dickmann led the Hawks’ boys soccer team, getting a first-team selection. Seniors Adam Haarth, Braden Mueller, Dan Boivin and Zach Wolterman earned honorable mentions. Luxemburg-Casco’s Austin Nellis was named the boys soccer player of the year.
