Donald E. Schultz, 83, formerly of Gillett and Shawano, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2014, in Clintonville.
Donald was born on Oct. 21, 1930, to the late Edward and Mary (Bricco) Schultz in New London. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a member of the American Legion. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano. Don worked for Scott Paper Company in Oconto Falls until his retirement. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Don is survived by a sister, Karen (Wally) Reed, of Gillett; a sister-in-law, Gwen Zippel, of Gillett; an aunt, Dorothy McIiraith, of New London; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Richard “Dick” Schultz and Robert “Dutch” Schultz.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano with the Rev. Luke Ferris officiating. Family and friends may call on Tuesday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Entombment will be at Sacred Heart Mausoleum, Shawano.
