• Elizabeth M. Singh, 43, Antigo, pleaded no contest June 3 to a misdemeanor count of theft of movable property. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge William Kussel Jr. assessed forfeitures of $589. • Kussel granted a defense motion June 3 and dismissed a 2023 case against Todd A. Sperberg, 57, Bowler. The judge agreed with the defense argument that charging information had not been filed on a timely basis. • Ordell M. Escalante, 20, Keshena, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Kussel assessed forfeitures and court costs. • Brandon M. Boogren, 29, Shawano, pleaded no contest March 24 to misdemeanor charges of theft of movable property and disorderly conduct. Related felony counts were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Kussel withheld sentencing June 2 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions. • Salena M. Smith, 46, Birnamwood, pleaded guilty June 5 to felony bail jumping. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence then placed her on four years of probation with conditions. • Lewis M. Dick, 33, Shawano, was charged June 2 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense, with a passenger younger than 16) and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 11. • Andrea M. Clark, 33, Tigerton, was charged June 2 with child neglect. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for July 29. • Daniel D. Rockman, 30, Green Bay, was charged June 2 with battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 11. • Mara L. Clasen, 37, Krakow, was charged June 2 with six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a motion hearing for June 9. • Jose D. Jaimes, 21, Green Bay, was charged June 2 with five counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of causing injury while operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Kussel set a $7,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 17. • Steven T. White, 37, Clintonville, was charged June 2 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 18. • Mariah M. Kelly, 21, Neopit, was charged June 3 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 5. • Shauna M. Bradbury, 38, Cecil, was charged June 3 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $3,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 12. • Kristie L. McCullough, 41, Wittenberg, was charged June 4 with possession of methamphetamine. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 19. • Nakota A. Kosbab, 23, Bowler, was charged June 4 with second-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 29. • Amy M. Uphill, 40, Oconto, was charged June 4 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 12. • Nathan B. Doehling, 36, Shawano, was charged June 5 with stalking, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of harassment. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for June 23. • Anthony W. Tepiew, 19, Shawano, was charged June 6 with victim intimidation, strangulation and suffocation, false imprisonment, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, battery, resisting or obstructing an officer, and criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for June 11. • Kelsey L. Hofman, 30, Shawano, was charged June 6 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.
