Iowa State University
Phoenix Seubert of Bonduel was named Iowa State University 2024 fall semester dean’s list. Seubert is a sophomore studying for a bachelor of science degree in animal science. Students named to the dean’s list must earn a GPA of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work.

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville announced its dean’s list, honoring those full-time students who earned a GPA of 3.75 and better in the fall 2024 semester.

Carthage College
During Carthage College’s 2025 J-Term, Claire Guenther from Shawano traveled as part of the course The Role of Tourism in Cuba and Its Effect on Cuban Society. Paityn Keller from Abrams traveled as part of the course Flora, Fauna, and Culture in Argentina.
J-Term, or January Term, is a special month-long period of study in which students explore subjects outside their majors or minors, discover new interests and test their creativity through classes held around the world.
Drake University
Allyna Timm of Oconto Falls was named to the president’s list for the fall 2024 semester at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Timm is studying in the College of Arts & Sciences. To be eligible for the president’s list, students must have earned a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall 2024 semester at Drake.
