Wittenberg-Birnamwood 76, Shiocton 64
Wittenberg-Birnamwood defeated Shiocton 76-64 in Central Wisconsin East Conference action.
“We had valuable contribution from everyone tonight,” coach Garrett Rogowski said. “It was fun to watch the boys play together and move the ball effectively vs. both man and zone defenses. In addition, we shot very well from the free throw-line. A great conference win tonight.”
The game was tied at 32-32 at halftime, but the Chargers pulled ahead in the second half.
Jett Rogowski led Wittenberg-Birnamwood with 30 points including four 3-pointers and 8-of-10 free throws.
Hudson Miller scored 15 points including three 3-pointers. Zandyr Barke had 10 points including one 3-pointer and 3-of-4 free throws.
Bonduel 77, Manawa 35
Bonduel controlled Manawa throughout the game, winning 77-35.
Quinn Wesenberg led the Bears with 21 points including three 3-pointers. Cade Johnson had 10 points that included a pair of 3-pointers, and Race Anvelink scored 17 points with two 3-pointers.
