Haws’ Halloween cemetery keeps growing

For the third straight year, Jodi Haws has added new Halloween decorations to her yard at 1210 S. Prospect St. in Shawano. “I love fall,” Haws said. “Halloween is my favorite.” She comes up with the ideas, and her father, Don Haws, and her husband, Jeff Sincoular, make them happen. “Jodi comes up with the ideas of what she wants, and we find a way to build it,” Don Haws said. Skeletons carrying a coffin are new this year after Jodi Haws saw a picture on the Internet. She started with tombstones, and a fence was added last year. The tombstones were cut by her dad, and then she and her husband painted them. She finished up with stenciling the names on the tombstones. The cemetery sign was Sincoular’s idea. Haws said she always gets a lot of visitors during trick-or-treating on Halloween.
