Sophomore Clare Martell will be fighting for a second-straight trip to state and junior Ali Hanson will be looking to reach state in an individual event for the first time as the Shawano/Bonduel girls swim team competes Saturday at the WIAA Division 1 sectional in Neenah.
Martell, who took 11th in the 100-yard breaststoke last year at the state meet, has the top time heading into the sectional, 1:07.87. She’ll be facing Bay Port freshman Morgan Senogles, who is seeded second, and Oshkosh North/Lourdes sophomore Ashley Wilson in the event.
