Discover Wisconsin, the nation’s longest-running travel and tourism TV series, has launched its popular photo contest via social media.
In partnership with the Wisconsin Counties Association, 12 fan-submitted photos will be published in Discover Wisconsin’s annual calendar, featuring images of Wisconsin destinations. The photo contest is accessible on Discover Wisconsin‘s website, https://discoverwisconsin.com/contests/2025-calendar-contest. Entries will be accepted until May 31.
“The annual calendar contest is consistently a source of excitement for our entire team at Discover Wisconsin,” said Kortnee McElhenie, brand manager of Discover Wisconsin. “It offers an unparalleled opportunity to showcase Wisconsin’s beauty through the lens of local photographers spanning various counties across the state.”
Following the submission and voting period, the Discover Wisconsin crew will select the top 12 photos. Of the top 12, the Discover Wisconsin crew will select the photo to be featured on the cover of the calendar. The 2025 Discover Wisconsin Calendars will be available for purchase this fall at shop.discoverwisconsin.com.
Applicants must submit an original digital photo, at least 300 dpi and no smaller than 5X7 inches in jpeg file format, that features a Wisconsin destination and includes their name, social handle, address, email address, photo location, and photo caption.
