Sunday afternoons without the Packers can still be filled with joy as Rubber Soul Productions has announced three shows taking place in the auditorium at Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School, 400 W. Grand Ave., Wittenberg.
Crystal Gayle is an American country music singer widely known for her 1977 hit “Don’t It Make My Brown Eyes Blue,” and she will be performing at 4 p.m. Feb. 23.
Rolling Stone magazine ranked Gayle among the 100 greatest country artists of all time, and Country Music Television ranked her within their list of the 40 greatest women of country music. Gayle has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and was inducted as a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2017.

Darryl Worley is an American country music singer and songwriter who will take the stage at 4 p.m. March 23. His six albums have produced 18 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including three number ones: “I Miss My Friend,” “Have You Forgotten” and “Awful, Beautiful Life.” “Have You Forgotten?” spent seven weeks at number one.
Worley has made over 15 United Service Organizations tours performing for the U.S. military all over the world. Additionally, he hosts a charity foundation event called the “Tennessee River Run” which benefit the Darryl Worley Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides funds to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Tickets for Worley’s show are $45-$60.
Junior Brown wraps up the concert season with a show at 4 p.m. April 27. Brown is an American country music guitarist and singer. Brown has released twelve studio albums in his career and plays a guit-steel double-neck guitar, a hybrid of electric guitar and lap steel guitar.
In the mid-1980s, Brown spent some time teaching guitar at the Hank Thompson School of Country Music at Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma. Although Brown plays such neotraditional country styles as honky-tonk and western swing, many of his performances will include blues, Tex-Mex and surf rock instrumentals.
Tickets for Brown’s show are $35-$40.
