Chargers cruise past Edgar

Feb. 10 Wittenberg-Birnamwood 73, Edgar 50 Witt-Birn played a solid effort both halves as they jumped out early on the Edgar Wildcats and didn’t look back in a 73-50 victory. Edgar tried a number of different defenses, but the Chargers poured in 12 3-pointers, led by a 28-point performance by Jett Rogowski. The Chargers had balanced scoring with Zandyr Barke netting 16, Hayden Miller scoring 14 and Jaden Clark adding 10. Gibraltar 72, Gillett 50 Gillett played even with Gibraltar through the first half but faltered in the second half as Gibraltar went on to win 72-50. Trailing 32-27 at halftime, Gillett was outscored 40-23 in the second half. Jesse DeBauch scored 38 points for the Tigers, but his output wasn’t enough for a Gillett win.
