June L. Hanstedt

June Luella Hanstedt, age 96, passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in Shawano. She was born in Shawano on May 23, 1926, to the late Richard and Luella (Dobbs) Dickow. Her family moved to Gresham when she was 2 years old, where she attended public school and graduated from Gresham High School in 1943. June moved to Shawano and worked at Schultz Brothers Store.
Gary James Collins
Gary J. Collins, 84, passed away in the early morning of Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in his wonderful home of Oakhaven, a caring and loving assisted living residence in Shawano. Gary was born in Milwaukee on June 13, 1938, son of the late Donald and Eunice (Hage) Collins. He was the first born and an adored older brother to his five younger siblings. After graduating from high school, Gary worked with the U.S. Forest Service in Oregon.

Tammy L. Chase
Tammy L. Chase, 58, of Weyauwega, passed away at her home, following her battle with cancer, on Friday, July 8, 2022. She was born on Feb. 1, 1964, in Shawano, the daughter of Wayne and Pat (Wiesman) Pluger. On June 29, 1985, Tammy married Tom Chase at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano. Tammy worked as a fitness instructor and manager at Splash Fitness in Waupaca.
James W. Lacourciere
James “Lucky” W. Lacourciere, 85, born in Oconto, passed away Sunday July 10, 2022 peacefully in his daughter’s home in Stephenson, Michigan. Lucky attended Pius XI Catholic High School in Milwaukee. He was employed by AT&T as a lineman working his way up to supervisor of installation. Lucky moved his family to Mukwonago where he enjoyed a hobby farm with horses, cows, pigs and chickens. He later moved to Dousman, where he had a veal farm.
