Vivien Hoffmann, 71, of Shawano, passed away Monday, Sept. 21, 2015, in Rochester, Minnesota.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 2015, at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
