Thomas S. “Tom” Neumann, Sr., 63, entered Heaven and joined his wife, Gail, on Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, with his loving family by his side.
Tom was born on Feb. 5, 1952, to Felix and Kathryne (Mudzek) Neumann. He grew up in the Black Creek area where he also attended school. On April 25, 1970, he was united in marriage to the former Gail Balthazor. They resided in the town of Underhill where they raised their children and grandchildren. Tom was a hard worker all his life. He worked at Brillion Iron for years and was currently employed by Gerald and Ann Mares.
Tom loved to hunt and fish. He also loved camping. His favorite places to camp were Camp 6 and Neumann’s Lake. A lot of great memories were cherished there by Tom and his family. He loved his family and will be greatly missed by his children.
Survivors include his sons, Thomas Neumann, Jr. and his children, Jesse, Katie, Kenzie, Nick, and Nate; Billy (Carrie) Neumann and their children, Tyler, Kahlob, Breeanna, Desirae, and Kaden; Jason (Pam) Neumann and their children, April, Jake, Daisha, and Brianna; James Neumann and his girlfriend, Becky, and stepchildren, Quentin and Jacob; daughters, Amanda Kellogg and her boyfriend, Matt, and her children, Tayler, Justin, Zack, and Abigail; Lynna (John) Hansen and their children, Adam and Jamie; grandson, Brandon Neumann. Tom is further survived by his brother and sisters, John (Louise) Neumann and family, Jim (Lisa) Neumann, and Corrie (Lee) Jesse, Chet (Tootie) Neumann and family, Chet, Jr. (Tina) Neumann, Mike (Julie) Neumann, Dave (Dani) Neumann, Missy (Matt) Stock, Mindy (Brett) Thebo, Barb (Randy) Johnson and family, Steve, Rachel, Becky, and Adam, Sandy (Troy) Wendt and their children, Miranda, Samantha, and Trevor, Shelia, Cork and Faye Neumann, and Ken (Lisa) Neumann and family; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and many friends. Please forgive us if we have left anyone out.
Tom was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gail; his son, Bobby; son-in-law, Jason; granddaughter, Stephaine; his brother, Bernie; niece Linda; and his parents.
A gathering of relatives and friends to remember and celebrate the life of Tom “Bones” Neumann will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, from 5-7 p.m. at Mickelson Funeral & Cremation Service of Shawano. Please share online condolences at www.mickelsonfs.com.
