Moesch, 42, Cecil, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to physical abuse of an elder person, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content (fifth or sixth offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of violating an ignition interlock device order. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him March 23 to two years in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Tiffany D. Creapeau, 43, listed as homeless, pleaded no contest March 23 to a misdemeanor charge of theft by false representation. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs totalling $715.
• Larissa A. Lucas, 30, a Whitelaw woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest March 24 to possession of narcotic drugs, four counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced her to two years in prison followed by two years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Jaden J. Adkins, 20, a Rice Lake man serving time at the Waupaca County Jail, had his probation revoked Jan. 20 from a 2025 conviction for three counts of felony bail jumping, three misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and a misdemeanor count of carrying a concealed weapon. Sloma sentenced him March 26 to two years in prison followed by three years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Zachary S. Blazek, 35, Shawano, was charged March 23 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for April 30.
• Joshua M. Healy, 40, Wittenberg, was charged March 23 with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute psilocin, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor charges of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 26.
• Anton J. King, 71, Mattoon, was charged March 23 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (seventh, eighth, or ninth offense). Sloma set a $2,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 27.
• Danielle J. Weso, 36, Keshena, was charged March 23 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), possession with intent to distribute amphetamine/methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute psilocin, possession of paraphernalia to manufacture or store methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of possession of amphetamine/LSD, psilocin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 26.
• Kari A. Bruette, 41, Neopit, was charged March 24 with identity theft, theft of mail, forgery-uttering, fraud against a financial institution and a misdemeanor charge of theft of movable property. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for May 26.
• Shane A. Koukari, 48, Shawano, was charged March 26 with threatening to cause bodily harm to certain individuals involved with a court or legal system and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond, then recused herself from the case. Further scheduling will be handled by another judge.
• Sasha M. Coffman, 47, Shawano, was charged March 27 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
• Jessica Crowe, 39, Shawano, was charged March 27 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
• Crystal M. Denny, 42, Gresham, was charged March 27 with manufacturing with intent to deliver fentanyl. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 31.
• Jameson F. Thoms-Bent, 24, Lac du Flambeau, was charged March 27 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 13.
