• Destiny R. Rockman, 37, Neopit, pleaded no contest Feb. 24 to three counts of possession of methamphetamine, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer, battery and two counts of disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to 750 days in county jail.
• Olivia Crus Montalvo, 51, an Appleton woman serving a sentence at Taycheedah Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest Feb. 23 to possession of narcotic drugs, misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty, and misdemeanor charges of possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of amphetamine, LSD or psilocin. Judge Rick Cveykus sentenced her to 18 months in prison followed by three years of extended supervision.
• Kylie J. Szydlowski, 28, Shawano, pleaded no contest Feb. 23 to possession of methamphetamine, felony child neglect, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor charges of theft , retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed her on four years of probation with conditions and enrollment in drug court.
• Aaron W. Weso, 46, Keshena, pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Judge Leon Stenz levied fines and ordered restitution totalling $1,663.
• William V. Pluger, 38, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest Feb. 25 to a misdemeanor charge of battery. The charge was amended from a felony count in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 180 days in county jail, time deemed served.
• Lynn M. Felts, 56, Shawano, was charged Feb. 23 with felony bail jumping. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 5.
• Lucille M. Miller, 28, Shawano, was charged Feb. 23 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 26.
• Markie M. Skenandore, 39, Gresham, was charged Feb. 23 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for March 31.
• Matthew R. Waukau, 42, Keshena, was charged Feb. 24 with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for April 27.
• Adina R. Bunke, 42, Shawano, was charged Feb. 27 with five counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while her license was revoked. Sloma set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for March 10.
