• Ricky B. Birr, 63, Bowler, pleaded no contest July 28 to first-degree recklessly endangering safety. Judge Leon Stenz withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Marie A. Miller, 34, Bowler, pleaded guilty July 28 to a misdemeanor charge of possession of amphetamine/LSD/psilocin. The count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Judge Katherine Sloma levied fines and court costs and sentenced her to time served in the county jail.
• Michael L. Michaelis, 30, Wittenberg, had his probation revoked June 18 from a January 2024 conviction for possession of narcotic drugs, possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), five counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma sentenced him July 29 to 24 months in prison, followed by 24 months of extended supervision with conditions.
• A jury found Benjamin D. Panzer, 43, Bonduel, guilty on May 28 of making terrorist threats, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property. Judge William Kussel sentenced him July 29 to 2 1/2 years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Cassandra A. Braddock, 24, Keshena, had her probation revoked June 18 from a January 2024 conviction for possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel sentenced her to 180 days in the county jail.
• Kateri K. King, 51, Keshena, pleaded no contest April 16 to possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel withheld sentencing July 29 and placed her on four years of probation with conditions.
• Jacob D. Rudnick, 31, pleaded guilty Jan. 22 to third-degree sexual assault and two misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault. Kussel imposed and stayed a prison sentence July 30, then placed him on five years of probation with conditions.
• Ayesha M. Dodge, 29, Keshena, was charged July 28 with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for July 31,
• Jessey G. Hawpetoss, 35, Shawano, was charged July 28 with two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Aug. 20.
• Evan Dey Driscoll, 20, Marinette, was charged July 29 with five counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and a misdemeanor count of hit-and-run. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 4.
• Skylar Leemichael Allman, 18, Marinette, was charged July 29 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, two misdemeanor counts of battery and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $7,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 16.
• Louis J. Sanapaw, 28, Keshena, was charged July 31 with driving or operating a motor vehicle without consent and a misdemeanor count of theft of movable property. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 4.
