• Philip K. Hope, 38, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Aug. 8 to a misdemeanor charge of operating while revoked. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge William Kussel Jr. levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 45 days in county jail.
• Quinn Lowell Larock, 34, Oneida, was charged Aug. 4 with three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 12.
• Moises J. Morales, 20, Greenville, Texas, was charged Aug. 4 with substantial battery intending bodily harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 28.
• Shauna M. Bradbury, 38, Cecil, was charged Aug. 4 with fleeing an officer in her vehicle, second-degree reckless endangering safety, four counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 13.
• Joel L. Lehouillier, 42, Bowler, was charged Aug. 4 with six counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 23.
• Robert J. Boettcher, 59, Shawano, was charged Aug. 4 with strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct as a domestic abuse repeater. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 18.
• McKenzie L. Boogren, 26, Shawano, was charged Aug. 5 with felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 22.
• David A. Faust, 36, Birnamwood, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine, nine counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 7, when Faust was bound over and arraignment set for Aug. 26.
• Mara L. Klasen, 38, Krakow, was charged Aug. 5 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 6, when she was bound over and arraignment set for Sept. 4.
• Jason John Juskowiak, 45, Wittenberg, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 28.
• Willie D. Hayes, 33, Keshena, was charged Aug. 6 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond plus a $5,000 signature bond. In a second file, Hayes was charged with battery or threat to a law officer, six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, and Kussel set a $2,500 cash bond. In a third file, Hayes was charged Aug. 7 with driving or operating a motor vehicle without consent and three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $3,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in all three cases for Aug. 15.
• Evan Michael Braun, 29, Shawano, was charged Aug. 6 with substantial battery intending bodily harm, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 23.
• Michael J. Thorson, 37, Caroline, was charged Aug. 8 with taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent and two counts of felony theft. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond. In a second file, Thorson was charged with burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon and felony theft. Kussel set a $15,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing in both cases for Aug. 15.
