Several Shawano Community High School athletes earned all-conference honors for basketball and wrestling with Leah Nordin named player of the year for girls basketball in the Bay Conference.
Nordin, a senior who played guard and forward, was also a unanimous selection for the all-conference first team.
Maci Beyer, another senior who played guard and forward, earned honorable mention status.
On the wrestling mat, seniors Dale Hodkiewicz and Drew Chelberg were named to the first team.
Second-team honors were earned by sophomores Marcus Brezgel, Kian Morstad and Kody Popelka.
Sophomore Nikkolas Waukau earned honorable mention.
For the girls, senior Jenna Moede was named to the first team.
Junior Lauren Seehafer was named to the second team.
Honorable mention was awarded to sophomore Zennah Bosteski.
In boys basketball, junior forward Jackson Nordin and junior guard Will Verkuilen earned honorable mention awards.
