A memorial service for Sandra Lynn Hoffmann, 51, of Cedarburg, who passed away peacefully on Dec. 31, 2015, surrounded by her family, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at noon at St. Francis Borgia North Catholic Church, 1375 Covered Bridge Road, Cedarburg. Family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10-11:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Aurora Grafton Cancer Clinic appreciated. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.muellerfuneralhome.com. Sandra Lynn Hoffmann was born in Chicago on May 23, 1964, to Thomas and Marilyn Moutvic. As a child, Sandy spent her summers up at the Moutvic cottage on Legend Lake. There she perfected her water skiing with her brothers, Tom and Ken. Sandy married David Hoffmann on Sept. 16, 1989. Together they had three sons: Nicholas, Kyle and Aaron. She loved taking the boys to the lake, teaching them to fish, swim and all that goes with lake living. Sandy worked 22 years at Cedar Community in West Bend as a registered dietitian. She loved her job and the people she worked with. She enjoyed taking her daily walks on the grounds of Big Cedar Lake. Sandy enjoyed the outdoors: camping, hiking, biking, swimming and fires. She was happiest sitting outside on the deck with her coffee and a fire. Her true pastime and love was her gardening. Her flower beds won the Mayor’s Community Enhancement Award 2007 Outstanding Residential Landscaping. On Dec. 1, 2015, there was a special blessing of marriage between Sandy and Todd Luther. Our family would like to give special thanks to Aurora Cancer Center in Grafton, Aurora at Home and especially her RN, Jennifer. Sandra is survived by Todd Luther; her children, Nicholas, Kyle and Aaron; her parents, Tom and Marilyn Moutvic, of Keshena; brothers, Tom (Jill), of Lake Forest, Illinois, and Ken (Margaret), of Oconomowoc; many nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Connor, Allan and Heather Moutvic; David Hoffmann, father of her sons; other relatives and many friends.
