The new school year started early for Sacred Heart Catholic School as students, families, and staff came together to celebrate the return to campus.
On Aug. 25, families gathered for Back-to-School Night, providing an opportunity for students and parents to visit classrooms, meet teachers, reconnect with friends and prepare for the year ahead.
A highlight of the evening was the photo station featuring a colorful balloon arch backdrop. The display was prepared and donated by Full Bloom Events.
Guests also enjoyed baked goods sold by Partners in Education. The sale gave families a chance to support school initiatives while enjoying homemade treats and fellowship with fellow Cardinal families.
Students returned Aug. 26 for their first day of school. The day began with an all-school Mass, bringing the entire school community together in prayer and reflection. Students participated reverently in the liturgy, demonstrating the strong faith foundation that guides the school community.
Following Mass, students gathered for first-day photos and special moments with classmates. From youngest learners to middle school students, everyone was dressed in their newly updated dress code that includes polos and dress bottoms.
