The Red Raiders got two second-half goals and took down the Hawks 2-0 in a nonconference matchup in Appleton. After a scoreless first half, Kevin Cruz Lagunes broke the deadlock with a Pulaski goal in the 46th minute. Brayden Puyleart had the assist.
Cruz Lagunes found the net again in the 71st minute off a direct free kick crossed in by Colin Tackmier that he headed in for the goal.
Blake Batzer had the clean sheet on goal for Pulaski (1-0-1) making three saves. Elias Backes had five saves on goal for Xavier (0-2).
