Elizabeth St. Vandalism — A house was reported toilet papered and egged in the 1000 block of East Robin Lane. Threatening — Police responded to a threatening complaint at Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St. Theft — A wallet was reported stolen from a bathroom at People’s Express South, 716 S. Main St. OWI — A 46-year-old Manitowoc woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated in the 1400 block of East Green Bay Street. Sept. 26 Police logged 30 incidents, including the following: Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of South Smalley Street. Disturbance — Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of Prospect Circle. Theft — A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Lafayette Street. Theft — An iPad and knife were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 600 block of South Smalley Street. Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 600 block of East Maurer Street. Burglary — Police investigated an attempted burglary in the 700 block of South Hamlin Street. Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 500 block of South Cleveland Street. Theft — A purse was reported stolen from a bathroom at Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St. Drug Offense — Police investigated a drug complaint on Aspen Court. Juvenile — Police responded to a complaint of juveniles papering trees in the 1000 block of South Sawyer Street. Sept. 25 Police logged 35 incidents, including the following: Vandalism — A house was reported toilet papered in the 900 block of South Cleveland Street. Warrant — A 23-year-old man was taken into custody at the Probation and Parole offices, 1340 E. Green Bay St. Theft — A kindle was reported stolen in the 600 block of West Picnic Street. Warrant — A male subject was taken into custody at the Probation and Parole offices, 1340 E. Green Bay St. Threatening — Police responded to a threatening complaint at Walmart, 1244 E. Green Bay St. Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem at Kuckuk Park, 500 Oak Drive. Accident — Police responded to a two-vehicle property damage accident at Maurer and Lincoln streets.
