Shawano Police Department Sept. 23 Police logged 20 incidents, including the following: Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance at the Wisconsin House, 216 E. Green Bay St. Juvenile — Police logged three truancy complaints from Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St. Shoplifting — Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St., reported an adult female shoplifter in custody. Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint at Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St. Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 700 block of East Maurer Street. Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of East Maurer Street. Sept. 22 Police logged 14 incidents, including the following: Hit and Run — Police investigated a property damage hit-and-run in the 1300 block of East Zingler Avenue. Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious person complaint at Pick ‘n Save, 190 Woodlawn Drive. Animal — Police responded to a noise complaint involving a neighbor’s rooster in the 400 block of South Andrews Street. Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance at the Wisconsin House, 216 E. Animal — A mailman was bitten by a dog in the 100 block of East Maurer Street. Reckless Driving — Police responded to a reckless driving complaint at Green Bay Street and Madison Way. Juvenile — Police responded to a juvenile problem at Richmond Street and Maiden Lane. Sept. 20 Police logged 22 incidents, including the following: Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious person complaint in the 700 block of East Lieg Avenue. Shoplifting — Aldi’s, 1253 E. Green Bay St., reported a shoplifting incident. Suspicious — Police responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint at Kuckuk Park, 500 Oak Drive. Fraud — Police investigated an Internet scam complaint on Prospect Circle. Disorderly — Police responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the 100 block of South Washington Street. Shawano County Sheriff’s Department Sept. 23 Deputies logged 42 incidents, including the following: Juvenile — Authorities investigated a juvenile alcohol complaint on Lake Drive in the town of Washington. Theft — Authorities investigated a property theft complaint on Swamp Road in the town of Grant. Harassment — Authorities responded to a harassment complaint at the Highway 22 Shell in Belle Plaine. Trespass — Authorities responded to a trespassing complaint on Main Street in Gresham. Fire — Bonduel police and fire responded to a dryer fire in a laundromat on First Street in the village. Juvenile — Authorities responded to a juvenile problem on Hemlock Road in Wittenberg. Accidents — Authorities logged three deer-related crashes. Sept. 22 Deputies logged 32 incidents, including the following: Vandalism — United Methodist Church on Fourth Street in Mattoon reported a stained glass window had been shot out. Fraud — Authorities investigated an Internet scam complaint on Old D Road in Bowler. Warrant — A 35-year-old man was taken into custody on a warrant on Lake Drive in Wescott. Fraud — Authorities investigated an Internet scam complaint on Capitol Drive in Belle Plaine. Accidents — Authorities logged five deer-related crashes. Sept. 21 Deputies logged 54 incidents, including the following: Theft — Money was reported stolen at the Aquatic Center on Grand Avenue in Wittenberg. Drug Offense — A 17-year-old Gillett male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on state Highway 117 in the town of Washington. Vandalism — A mailbox was reported vandalized on State Road in Birnamwood. Harassment — Authorities responded to a harassment complaint on Tower Road in Tigerton. Fraud — Authorities investigated a telephone scam complaint on Lake Road in Birnamwood. Burglary — Authorities investigated an attempted burglary on Westgor Avenue in Wittenberg. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on County Road G in Red Springs. Accidents — Authorities logged eight deer-related crashes. Sept. 20 Deputies logged 43 incidents, including the following: Drug Offense — Authorities investigated a drug complaint on Oak Street in Bowler. Fraud — Authorities investigated a telephone scam complaint on County Road BE in Hartland. Juvenile — Authorities responded to a juvenile problem on Hemlock Road in Wittenberg. Theft — A license plate was reported stolen on Freeborn Street in Cecil. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Big Lake Road in Red Springs. Disorderly — Authorities responded to a lewd and lascivious behavior complaint on Dent Creek Road in the town of Morris. Clintonville Police Department Sept. 23 Police logged 12 incidents, including the following: Disturbance — Officers responded to a domestic situation on East Madison Street. Theft — A retail theft was reported on South Main Street. Assault — A sexual assault complaint was under investigation. Sept. 22 Police logged 12 incidents, including the following: OWI — A 32-year-old Bear Creek man was arrested for operating while intoxicated after a traffic stop on South Main Street. Theft — A 43-year-old Sun Prairie man was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Eighth Street as the vehicle he was operating displayed a stolen license plate. The driver was cited for possession of stolen property, displaying false registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, non-registration and operating after suspension. Warrant — A 34-year-old Shawano man was taken into custody on a warrant through Shawano County Sheriff’s Department after officers responded to a 911 call on 18th Street. Drug Offense — A 34-year-old Shawano man was cited for possession of paraphernalia on 18th Street.
