Shawano Police Department Sept. 24 Police logged 24 incidents, including the following: Disturbance — A 17-year-old Shawano male was taken into custody for bail jumping after a disturbance in the 1100 block of South Evergreen Street. Disturbance — Police investigated a reported disturbance at Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St. Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of South Hamlin Street. Drug Offense — A 16-year-old Shawano male was cited for possession of marijuana at Shawano Community High School, 220 County Road B. Juvenile — Police logged three truancy complaints from Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St. Assault — Police investigated an assault complaint at the Rec Center, 220 E. Division St. Shawano County Sheriff’s Department Sept. 24 Deputies logged 45 incidents, including the following: Citation — A 33-year-old Green Bay man was cited for texting while driving on state Highway 29 in the town of Morris. Trespass — A 73-year-old Birnamwood man was cited for trespassing on U.S. Highway 45 in Birnamwood. Fraud — Authorities investigated a lottery scam on County Road N in Birnamwood after a man was told he won a $5 million and needed to wire $750 to collect it. Theft — A checkbook and jewelry were reported stolen on Swamp Road in the town of Grant. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on state Highway 32 in Angelica. Vandalism — A house was reported vandalized on County Road M in Caroline. Drug Offense — Authorities investigated a drug complaint on Old Lake Road in Wescott. Accidents — Authorities logged four deer-related crashes. Clintonville Police Department Sept. 24 Police logged seven incidents, including the following: Theft — A theft was reported on East Madison Street. Disorderly — Warnings were issued for disorderly conduct on West Morning Glory Drive. Theft — A porch was reported stolen off of a trailer on Knoke Street in Gresham.
