An Oconto Falls man, 36, was taken into custody on Oct. 16 on Main Street for outstanding warrants. An Oconto Falls man, 29, was arrested o Oct. 16 on South Franklin Street for recklessly cause bodily harm to a child. A theft complaint at Oconto Falls High School was determined to be unfounded on Oct. 19. An Oconto Falls man, 82, reported he was the target of a phone scam on Oct. 20, but he did not disclose any personal or financial information. The caller identified himself as a representative of the Internal Revenue Service. An Oconto Falls man, 43, was arrested for OWI, first offense, and received municipal citations for inattentive driving and no proof of insurance after the vehicle he was driving on Green Bay Avenue struck a legally parked vehicle on Oct. 22. The man was not injured. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. An Oconto Falls woman, 25, reported receiving threatening text messages on Oct. 23. An Oconto Falls woman, 49, reported a boy, 17, caused a disturbance and refused to leave her North Main Street residence on Oct. 27. The boy was referred to the Oconto County Health and Human Services Department for disorderly conduct. A man, 33, was arrested on multiple out-of-county warrants after he was reportedly attempting to turn in fraudulent tickets from a gaming machine on Oct. 27 at the BP, 418 N. Main St. A woman who teaches at Oconto Falls High School reported someone had possibly tampered with her vehicle on Oct. 29 because the lug nuts on a tire were missing. It was unclear if the lug nuts were removed during vehicle maintenance that occurred earlier in the month, at her home or at the school. No other teachers reported similar incidents of tampering. An Oconto Falls man, 42, reported on Oct. 29 that suspicious transactions were recorded to his debit card in Georgia. A sexual assault reported on Nov. 1 was under investigation on South Maple Avenue. A man, 28, was arrested for burglary, criminal damage to property, theft, disorderly conduct and a probation violation on Nov. 1 after he reportedly entered the residence of an ex-girlfriend by breaking a window on North Maple Avenue. He allegedly took clothing and a wallet and cut the cords on appliances. A man, 71, was making odd statements and caused a disturbance at Burger King, 343 E. Highland Drive, on Nov. 3. After leaving the restaurant, he drove into a ditch on West Highland Drive. He was uninjured, and his vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was determined he was suffering from a medical condition. Two boys at Washington Middle School, ages 13 and 14, were referred to the Oconto County Health and Human Services Department on Nov. 3 for possession of tobacco products. An Oconto Falls woman, 20, reported the front door to her residence was ajar on Nov. 4. Nothing appeared to be missing or damaged. A boy, 10, at Oconto Falls Elementary School, spoke to officers after reportedly making threatening comments on the playground.
