At 5:28 a.m. Sept. 14, a car driven by a Suring man was traveling north on White Lake Road, town of Bagley. The vehicle veered onto the gravel shoulder, and the driver overcorrected and lost control. The car entered a ditch and struck a tree. The man was transported to a medical facility for injuries. His vehicle was extensively damaged. At 6:40 p.m. Sept. 9, a Little Suamico man suffered injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle on West Frontier Road in the town of Abrams. He was traveling faster than the posted speed limit and was ejected from the cycle. At 3:40 a.m. Sept. 12, a pickup truck driven by Little Suamico man went out of control on County Road J south of Geano Beach Road, town of Little Suamico, entered a ditch and crashed into several trees. The man was transported to a medical facility. At 6:21 p.m. Sept. 13, a car driven by an Abrams man collided with a pickup truck operated by a man from Calmar, Iowa, on Huebscher Road at U.S. 41 in the town of Pensaukee. The Abrams man was ticketed for inattentive driving. No injuries were reported. At 9:04 p.m. Sept. 17, a vehicle driven by a Gillett man driving east on County Road V in the town of Underhill swerved to avoid a deer, entered a ditch and struck several trees. He was not injured. At 6:27 p.m. Aug. 25, a vehicle entered a ditch on Norway Woods Lane, town of Abrams, after failing to negotiate a curve. The driver, an Abrams man, backed out of the ditch and left the scene. He was found later. He was transported to a medical facility for injuries. A theft was reported Sept. 14 on Harry’s Road, Gillett. A man reported a corn planter, valued at $300, a drag, valued at $300, and quack digger, valued at $500, were taken within the past two weeks. Criminal damage to a vehicle owned by a Green Bay woman was reported Sept. 14. The woman parked her pickup truck in a parking area on Timberline Road at Brehmer Road, town of Stiles, and rode her horse in the Machickanee Forest. When she returned to her vehicle, the side rear window was smashed by a rock. A purse was taken from the vehicle, but was found in a nearby ditch by a neighbor. Nothing was missing.
