• Eric J. Hujet, 47, Seymour, pleaded no contest June 4 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge Jay Conley on Aug. 12 imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed Hujet on four years of probation with conditions including revocation of his driver’s license for 36 months.
• Dontae Damario Combs-Bland, 37, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to May 19 to first-degree recklessly endangering safety and manufacture with intent to deliver THC. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him Aug. 11 to five years in prison, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Robert T. Vorpahl, 48, Abrams, pleaded guilty July 18 to stalking. Judge withheld sentencing Aug. 13 and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Justin Allen Patch, 32, Lakewood, pleaded guilty Aug. 11 to battery as a domestic abuse repeater. Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Matthew L Christopherson, 40, Oconto, was charged Aug. 11 with substantial battery and misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Judge set a $1,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
• Ronnie R. Collins, 53, Oconto Falls, was charged Aug. 11 with three counts of felony bail jumping and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Judge set a $5,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Oct. 14.
• Tristan Joseph Wager, 48, Oconto, was charged Aug. 12 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense). Conley set a $2,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until Sept. 11.
