• Ryker L. Shampo, 27, an Oconto man serving a sentence at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun, has his probation revoked Jan. 7 from a 2024 conviction for felony bail jumping. Judge Michael Judge sentenced him to 44 days in county jail, time deemed served.

• Barry Donald Ruhl, 63, Merrill, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge Jay Conley withheld sentencing and placed him on one year of probation with conditions.

• Daniel L. McDermid, 44, Suring, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to misdemeanor charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. A related felony count was dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Judge levied fines and court costs and sentenced him to 30 days in county jail.

• Louis J. Sanapaw, 28, Bowler, pleaded no contest Feb. 26 to possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.

• Marcallen J. Uhl, 39, Marinette, was charged Feb. 23 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of methamphetamine. Conley set a $7,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until March 12.

• David J. Hagen Jr., 45, Townsend, was charged Feb. 23 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of battery.Conley set a $3,000 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until March 12.

• James L. Valley, 41, Suring, was charged Feb. 25 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Conley set a $500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until April 16.

• Andrew E. Netzer, 43, Oconto, was charged Feb. 25 with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer. Conley set a $1,500 cash bond and adjourned his initial appearance until March 12.
