A plea/sentencing hearing was held for Adam J. Kuczynski, 28, Oconto Falls. He pleaded no contest to a felony charge of bail jumping March 18 in Oconto Falls. A sentence of three years incarceration was imposed and stayed, and he was sentenced to three years probation concurrent with a Brown County sentence. He received jail credit of 177 days. He must comply with all Brown County conditions, assessments and follow-through, have no contact with anyone under 18 and not possess electronic devices that connect to the Internet or use the Internet.
A plea hearing was held for Darrell J. Skenandore, 49, Oconto. He pleaded no contest to felony charges of possession of THC (second-plus offense) party to a crime and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Feb. 28 in Oconto. A $2,500 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Aug. 4.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Patrick J. Ragen, 60,Oconto, on felony charges of public assistance fraud/benefits, which allegedly occurred April 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2014, in Oconto. A $2,500 signature bond continues. An arraignment is June 29.

He pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of amphetamine/LSD/ Psilocin (second-plus offense) repeater and three misdemeanor charges, which allegedly occurred April 21 in Oconto Falls.
